When a major international Automotive manufacturer’s parts distribution centre started to hit the limits of its legacy wireless system, the ops team began to feel the strain. The Challenge

The Solution
Genwave was brought in to rebuild the wireless foundation from the ground up. Our engineering team conducted a full RF and environmental survey, mapping interference patterns, signal reflections, and physical barriers throughout the facility.
Leveraging our Cisco partnership, we designed and deployed a Cisco Meraki-based solution that provided unified visibility, simple management, and rock-solid reliability. Access points were strategically positioned for full coverage across aisles, loading bays, and racking zones, ensuring every device stayed connected without dropouts.
